Engineering and Finite Element Analysis:
Our years of working with a network of highly qualified engineers has afforded Big Span the ability to build exact analysis models in AutoCAD for import into FEA software freeing the engineer from the tiresome and time consuming task of creating a 3d model himself. This gives the owner and / or architect along with Big Span design and geometry control prior to full engineering.
Utilizing a network of choice engineer's allows us to determine which engineer is best suited for case specific projects and locations.
Installation, Project Management, and Technical Representation:
In cases where full installation and erection is required; Big Span has its own crew and access to several preferred experienced installers specialized in Air supported and frame supported fabric tensioned buildings. This network along with Big Span's installers allows us to construct several projects at the same time or fast track a large project all at once. In incidents where building crews may be readily available such as military applications; our partners at DPM can provide a Technical Representative or Subject Matter Expert to assist and guide a crew through the nuances of erecting our type of structure, particularly the fabric cladding portion.
